We start our projects by meeting our clients. It’s important to learn everything about their companies and get them to know our team. We’re here to build relationships as well as we’re here to deliver business results. At this point we identify their goals and define the state of their online assets, pinning down previous successes and failures. Ideally, the chat will conclude with the set up of SMART objectives and the budget and an explanation of the next steps.
